When releasing a new product, our brand operates according to the pre-sale system: we do not produce the product until we receive 10 orders for this product.

After putting the product on the site, we wait for some time (usually about a month, sometimes a little longer), if several orders were made during this time, but not enough for production, we refund the money and remove the product from the site.

If you want to order products on sale and products on pre-sale, we recommend placing two orders: one with products already on sale, and one with goods only from pre-sale. In this case, we will send you the first order earlier, and you will receive the second one after the production of all the goods from the pre-sale.

If you place only one order with all the desired items, it will be shipped only after all the items from the pre-sale are produced, which will take longer.

Don't worry, in this case, we will refund you for all the items that will be canceled, and the rest of the goods will be sent to you after production.

The prices of our products are never as low as during the pre-sale period, so this is a good chance to save some money.

In addition, if you want to buy some product on pre-sale, do not wait until it goes on regular sale, because there is a chance that if we do not see enough feedback, we simply will not produce it.

We offer domestic and international shipping. We are located in Slovenia and ship to any country as long as the Slovenian post can send mail to your country.

Delivery usually takes up to one week to EU countries and up to 15 days to other countries.

We put a lot of effort into making sure that your order arrives in one piece, we use thick carton envelopes that are less likely to be bent.

However, if your order does arrive damaged, we do not accept refunds and do not refund the money in this case.
